Raj Khodal Events ("we", "us") provides event planning and management services including but not limited to weddings, corporate events, concerts and private celebrations, as described on this website. Exact scope, pricing and deliverables for any booking are confirmed in writing (quote, invoice or agreement) between us and the client.
Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance/token amount. Balance payment terms, cancellation and rescheduling policies will be shared in your event agreement at the time of booking.
Where we coordinate with external vendors (catering, venues, artists, etc.), our responsibility is limited to coordination and quality oversight as agreed; vendor-specific terms may also apply.
While we take every precaution to ensure smooth execution, we are not liable for delays or issues arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (weather, venue restrictions, force majeure, etc.).
